I booked the order for sweat shirt from Myntra with CASH ON DELIVERY Option. The delivery was taken and payment was made by swiping the debit card. First time the transaction was declined but the amount was debited from the account. Delivery boy insisted for repeat swipe and the amount was again debited from the account. ( Transaction date : 14th December 2015.)

I lodged the complaint immediately from MYNTRA MObile app and requested for re-imbursement of extra money deducted.
Inspite of rigourous followup with MYNTRA and Bank, I have not received the re-imbursement. Now both of them claim that they have not received money two times. However money has been deducted twice for single order. Please refer attached bank statement.
