Hello Sir, I make a payment to my college fees through icici payment gateway Rs.41763 on 13/07/2017. but the transaction was failed due to network error. but the amount deducted from my account and not credited on my college. Then again I make payment for same amount Rs.41763 on 19/07/2017. this time transaction was successfully finished. but I did not get the refund of my previous transactions(on 13/07/2017). I made this payments through Varachha co-operative bank debit card in surat.
I also attached my banking statement. please look into this matter and give reply as soon as possible.
