I couriered 4 LED TV through DTDC courier. I have insured the product and at the time of payment I was told that this insurance is for breakage and lost in transit. The TV broke down in transit. Now after 2 months they’re saying that insurance only covers lost in transit. They’re not giving proper response. Not even receiving calls. The franchise tells to contact regional office and regional office tells to contact the franchise.
