DTDC not returning undelivered parcel

I send six killo parcel to mumbai from dehuroad. But it returned due to address issue on 23rd March to pimpri dtdc rto. But now they are not getting my parcel and continusally informimg to come after 2 days. 1 days. But still i have not received. Now i am hopless so raising complaint consumer forum. Please do needful.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
