I had ordered an Apple iPhone5 -16gb-White from eBay on 6th August 2015 and had got it delivered on 15th August 2015 after paying a cash on delivery of Rs.22499.

Initially the phone was working good but after a month the phone started giving me problems.
1.The touch stopped working
2.The home button gave up too.
3.The camera stopped working.

After having these problems I had complained a lot of times and my complaints were unheard and I had to face the ignorant attitude of the customer care.

That wasn’t enough when I showed my iPhone at Apples authorised service centre and was shocked to know when they informed me that the iPhone was duplicate.

Now either you refund me all my money or give me a replacement with ORIGINAL IPhone 5. If now also you are going to ignore my complaints then I am moving to consumers court and letting them know how you are fooling people by these frauds.
