I had order 3 Jazz Shower from snapdeal.com, the Seller Was Jazz. I Received A Damage Product. I Complaint to snapdeal but they were not taking the complain seriously. I Have got 3 year warranty from Jazz Corporation Pvt Ltd. Then I Login to Jazz.in Website and search for a number i got number from contact us Tab. Number Was:- 07930256667 and i complain for product issue that how you packed the product that i received in damaged condition , from that end they tell me that check the bill and check the seller when i checked the seller was Marine Sanitation. They told that we are also register in snapdeal as Seller and snapdeal take order on behalf of thier name and they supply local product from another seller this is the major issue they told that they had also complain for this issue before 2-3 months but snapdeal is busy making money. they send local and duplicate product.

when i call to snapdeal and tell the issue that send me the original product they told that it is not possible to tell that you will get the product when i asked why? , they told that its not the mistake from our side. when i asked i will complain to consumer forum they talk in polite way but still they are telling that we can’t replace. So i am complaining against it.

i am attaching order detail, i am attaching product images which i have get. i am attaching snapdeal showing 3 years warranty and i am attaching the bill i have received.
order no.:- 6847560493 dated:- 21 june 2015.
When i talk to jazz we have register ourself as JAZZ and I have purchase the product from Jazz seller Only and got the local product from marine sanitation with no warranty. Jazz told me that in their product there is a jazz logo. They Provide Jazz Printed Packing. But I Got a product in a local packing with nothing printed on it. and no logo on the product no warranty.
How to trust snapdeal after this happen.
i want original product not money to be refunded
