Duplicate mobile received from Flipkart vendor

I had purchased 2 Redmi Note4 from Flipkart online COD 11,098/ each 1 was Gold and other was Black. The black one is duplicate as it box has no logo MI, back cover BAR CODE is missing, Infront one eye hole instead of 2.
I had asked for replacement from last week but Flipkart Return Department is not making calls even after 2-3 time call has been made to customer care. They are replying that seller cannot fulfill my claim. I have got message that it will be resolved by 4th Oct 2017. But still there is no call from return Department of Flipkart.
It seems that they are just avoiding 10 days replacement policy.
