I have applied E-voucher claim of rs.500 by using of edgereward points on jun3/6/16. Then I have not received any mail regarding e-voucher pin as said by committed date by customer care. the same thing happened repeatedly happened for the past one month. still now they asking for 5 more working days . to resolve this issue. its seems to cheated to me. poor response from customer support. kindly take action to further level of axisbank higher authority.
