Ecom express courier service is not delivering with responsibility. Value: 799. From last three times I have experienced irregularities and irresponsibilities for not delivering on time and asking the recepient to come at some other place to handover the items. They are not receiving the calls when the customer calls them back and have to return empty hand. This is happening from last three times. Please take a look into this and take action on it.
This is happening in Gorakhpur District for Barhalganj town.

2 couriers are not delivered for me since last week, Morning I get a SMS that the product will be delivered and in the evening I get a SMS product delivered. But I have not recieved the product till date. NO one even called me. I cant reach to their customer care as well. Please help
