I have bought a new water heater in Reliance Family card. It is been purchased from Relaince digital,3rd Floor, Lake mall, 104 Rashbehari avenue, kolkata- 70029. Since the date is installed, it is not working properly and the quantity of water from the tap is very low leading to huge time to fill a bucket. I have tried to reach on the store contact No’s mentioned in Cash memo but it is always unreachable since last 3 days.
