I ordered a Nikon D5300 24.1MP Digital SLR Camera on 25th February 2015 but after the delivery on 4th March 2015 when I opened the packet there was nothing in the packet except the empty box and only bag. When I checked the parcel I got that parcel has done re-packaging because Cello Tape is tapped again and again which shows re-packaging of the parcel.

I’ve been contacting the Amazon Customer Care everyday for more than a 50 times, sent more than 20 e-mails but every time they make a different reason.

Amazon.in Account Specialist told that they are unable to refund or replace the product becuase their records show that the order was complete when it left their fulfillment center and the carrier has also confirmed that the parcel was intact and undamaged when it is delivered, but when I opened the parcel I found nothing was there except a single bag.

Can someone help me to what to do for next level. I want someone to help or guide me to resolve this problem.
