I had ordered a pair of Addidas shoes worth $66.12 (Rs.4500/) online from the website www.goalinn.com on 02.06.2017. However, I received an ’empty’ parcel on 15.06.2017. I have informed this unfortunate event to the authorities concerning the online website (www.goalinn.com) and requested a refund. They have asked me to contact the local courier (Priority Courier) through which the parcel was delivered.However, Priority Courier has denied of delivering such parcels. I would be grateful if you kindly address this issue as a priority case and let me know what would be the next course of action.
