Sir, I ordered two items (one dabur chyawanprash – 1 kg and one Horlicks – 1 kg) online on amazon.in on 20 mar 15 (Oeder id – 402-2559523-8545115 dt 20 Mar 15) on pre-payment, which is despatched through india post bering tracking id – AW004884987IN on 22 Mar 15 and reached at my given add (Vill- madeshilapur, post- andar, dist- siwan (bihar) on 31 Mar 15 but when my represetative (my father) gone to collect the item the post office staff taken the receiving sign without showing the item to him and after receiving sign they are telling that the box we received was open. when my father checked the box the box was empty.
I lodge two online complaint on www.indiapost.gov.in reguarding this to india post but both are still pending and there is no any response from india post.

I mailed to email@example.com narreting the issue and mentioning the complaint no. on 14 Apr 2015 but they also not responded to me. plz help me. Thanking you in anticipation.
Although I approached to amazon.in regarding issue they taken up the issue and they refunded my money but i want compansation from india post for there pathetic service provided to me.
