Empty parcel delivered through India Post

I recently purchased a watch from aliexpress they use sunyou economic airmail as a shipping method but after crossing china it handover to India post and India post deliver it. I get my product on 11/07/2018 and when i get it on my hand i fell that this is too much light weight, so I decided to open it in front of camera. when i open it then i got only one user manual and one wrapper but watch is missing . and there is a declaration of watch on the slip . i have a video so please give my money or watch. sorry for my bad english
