I have ordered bluetooth earphone from Paytm mall and received the empty box. After complaining it to Paytm care, they ask to share a filled complaint form, some photographs, and weight of the package.
After 3-4 days of sharing the required details Paytm care replied that “correct product was delivered to you”, where as I have the Empty, Old, Used & Seal broken product box and I again asked for the solution, but Paytm has closed my request and now no one is helping.
Please help in this regrad.
