While booking two tickets from the desktop and mobile sites, the screen showed booking failure however after a hour mails are received confirming the tickets. Meanwhile I already had booked other tickets. Now I stand with two extra non refundable tickets. Its been three days and there has been no response from the Goibibo Team even though several efforts of call and email have been made. No resolution found even though promised each time. They have agreed it is their system error but have chosen to make the customer bear losses for their own technical errors.
