I have buyed dr aqua guard magna water purifier, three months back from eureka forbes – while buying when i call called once sales person arrived very next day but after the payment was done i am just getting frusted, my dr aqua guard magna unit is still not working and even after spending 15490 now the technician says to spend 5750 rs more – even when the product is very less used and it is in purely warranty period. company call centers are dump, email service of eureka is not working – i want my money refund.
