I have purchased organic club membership worth 6999 INR in sep 2014 and i spoke to mr. vxxxxm cxxxxxxxy, managing partner at everyday organics to dispatch items which they had under membership package. He agreed to send and told me will be dispatching via courier. Neither i got items nor any reply from them. So, finally i approached them and they told me its already reached bangalore and you will be receiving by tomorrow, hence i asked for reference # and tracking details, but they didn’t turn up. After few days , I spoke to vxxxxxxm cxxxxxxxxy, he told we will be refunding money and ask me to wait for few days. After several days i contacted again and ask to send the details in mail. He sent an email on 25th feb 2015 stating that your account will be credited by 28 feb 2015, but it didn’t happen at all. every time i call him, he keeps postponing for tomorrow. i have wasted more than 1000 INR for mobile call. Finally i lost my patience and posting my complaint here , so that i could get refund my money. Request you to please look into the matter and get refunded my money. I will be grateful to you. Thanks in advance.
