Ex employer not making correction in the EPF account

I am an ex-employee of an Organization which is located in Hyderabad.

The EPF account created for me with number APxxxxxxxxxx5 by the organization has all the details incorrect like the Name, Fathers Name, Date of Birth, Date of Joining, Date of Leaving and Phone Number. Also the EPF is not linked to my UAN number 1xxxxxx3.

Since the details are incorrect I am not able to transfer into new account not able to withdraw the amount.

I had sent the hardcopy of documents with self attestation Aadhar copy, Passport copy, UAN copy to do the corrections along with Revised form 5/10 to
1. The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Kukatpally 500072 Telanaga State and to the organisation.

But since it needed to go through the organization seal and approval I kept in contact with organization to do the needful.

Inspite of repeated mails and calls the organization is not taking any interest in correcting or forwarding my details to EPF office. Sometimes the account department who is responsible to handle the request does not even pick my calls and gives false promises that it is forwarded.

I sent a mail to epf office and got a reply from sro, kukatpally saying that there is only one envelop received and said letter received is without any attestation of authorized employer seal and signature.

The point of contact from organization gives false promises. She is not even ready to provide me the challan number for which I can further ask the EPF office for the progress. This case is pending since 2016 and till date nothing has been done to do the correction.

I am in need of money and would like you to take action on the organisation to get my EPF details corrected.
