Extended warranty issue with Lenovo

I have been sending my invoice copies several times, to various e-mail id’s like customercare[@]lenovopromo.net, india[@]lenovoreg.com. I had even contacted one of your agents, Mr. Txxxxy Lxxxg. Even after that i kept gett+ing the reply that my invoice copy is not valid, which was absolutely clear from my end.

On 2nd march 2015, i got a reply again to send the clear invoice copy, which i did again. One of your customer care executives (from the help-line), Mr. Axxxy Gxxxxa, re-assured me that the documents have been received and soon i will be getting my extended warranty, which i did not.

According to your lenovo support care, my offer period got over within the month of december 2014 itself but i had been sending the clear copy of the documents within the time period of the offer. Even after the time period was over i kept getting the reply that i will be getting my warranty soon. As mentioned earlier, during the month of march, Mr. Axxxy Gxxxxxa re-assured me that i will be receiving the warranty.

Recently i had a talk with some of your executive and they told me that the period of the offer is over, but to my knowledge, i have been sending the clear documents within the offer period. And even if the offer period was over, why wasn’t i informed about it after the period was over.

So i being the customer, have the rights to claim my extended warranty (lenovo peace of mind offer) as per the rules.
PFA the documents necessary to generate the extended warranty. Was unable to attach more than 1file, sending you the invoice copy. Other documents have been sent to the email-id’s mentioned earlier.
