I was Using reliance numbers, Since reliance cellular is shutting down i started called from many vendors, but finally I choose IDEA vendor with the offer of 299 unlimited calling and roaming incoming free all over india and 1GB 4G data per day. this porting request forwarded with all valid documents by nalasopara store and team and activated sim after many calls.
Now My Complaint is suddenly Idea had charged me 591 extra in 7 days from sim activation date and stop out going service, when I called customer care they asked me to pay 500 rupees immediately to resume my out going service, and I paid that. When asked about the charges they told me that its charges for DATA used by me 849 mbs extra.I shocked When my activated plan is 299 unlimited with 1GB 4G data, I call 198 again about the charges they told me that of because I used 2g data instead of 4g data because network slashed automatically form 4g to 2g unknowingly. How can we controlled network from 4G to 2g I dont know, When I complaint many a time one of senior executive on 198 She suggest me to lodge the complaint after bill generation, and then after Bill received through email, So, i called to customer care, i gave many times complaint about the situation again i talked with aprna she offer me to waive about 300 for settlement when I asked the full 591 extra charges she raise the request and told me the reference no. of the communication will sent you by sms but its all in vain no sms recd. after another time I raised the request, But cleverly they closed without any information. now again I called on 198 one executive name kashibai, had reply me that all charges are correct hence it could not be process and request closed.
Now I request you please advice how much time i have to wait for porting to another service, is their any time limit. I have Three number of Idea, all have to port another service provider please help.
