I hold INUSIND bank platinum master card. I had outstanding of 1,03829.14 which was cleared through indus paynet login portal as on 17th Feb 2018 as per the guidance from customer care about my said outstanding amount to clear. I have done payment of 1,04,000 INR as on 17th Feb 2018 as per customer care officer Axxxxxk guidance to do the payment through online using my IndusInd online login portal.

Again bill got generated as on 18th FEB with the amount showing outstanding of 1,10111.68 INR. When I called customer care again they said its due to my payment not reflected their system which is due to payment will credit after 48 hrs when we do through INDUSIND payment online.

# First, If we pay already said amount when IndusInd still insisting me to pay 5 thousand plus an interest component and charges (we don’t know why those charges) for 2 days.

This is simply looting money by updating interest and charges even after the customer paid all the outstanding amount on the card.

I would request you to take this complaint and do the needful.
