Extremely slow internet from Jio

Call customer care and lodged a complaint regarding extremly slow internet last 2 to 3 days having complain no-SR00000AP0B3. Customer care confirm me to resolve in 48 hrs but unable to resolve my problem. when call after 48 hrs they need more time for resolve. Here i laps my 1gb data quate day after day. very unsatisfy with jio service..now a days the service is very disappointing and pathetic..the customer care executive also not satisfactory answer and need more and more time..

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
