SO on april 4th, 2017 I decided to order a chair. Being the true millennial that I am I dismissed the good old brick and mortar stores and surfed online instead. Cause duh, it saves you energy, money and also there is this doorstep delivery feature available.SO after much surfing I placed my order with Fab Furnish. Little did I know I was about to repent it for a long time.
They were prompt enough to ask for the money upfront online, which I paid, suspecting nothing. They then informed that the delivery would occur 20 days later. On 16th April these dimwits decided on their own to cancel my order without even having the simple courtesy of informing. What is worse that they are yet to return the money and it seems they have no intentions of doing so. Numerous mails have been sent, all unanswered of course and their customer care number does not work as well.
