On 30th Dec’15, i had made a booking on Ashoka Tiger trail Resorts whereby the forsttime the transaction was not succesful, but on trying second tie the transaction was succesful.

Unfortunately on checking my card statement, the amount was deducted twice.
Even after following up with Ashoka Tiger trail owner several times they fail to understand the miseries of the consumers and kept on diverting calls to goibibo. Initial one week they kept on assuring that they’ll check internally and would revert. But later they just refused to honour the complaint and the refund as well.

I would appreciate if they return the excess amount paid.
