I have tried to make payment for Data card bill two times using PayTm and both time transaction amount was deducted from my account. First time transaction was failed from Paytm side so they have given the comment on transaction that amount will be refunded in my account in 7 working days but still amount is not refunded in my account. Now they have removed the failed transaction details from my Paytm id but still i have two transaction given in my HDFC account so kindly help me to get this issue resolved.
