In November 2015, I called Tata DoCoMo asking then to disvonnect my account. However, the customer service agent did not do so. Subsequently, i under that understanding did not make payment. Their clas section called me and i said my issue to which they said they would check with their data and revert. Subsequently I was slapped with a legal notice and to avaoid legal implications, I paid the full amount outstanding.
On February 23, 2016, I then wrote and e-mail to the person whose contact details were shared in the legal e-mail as the point of contact for further queries requesting for a disconnection with immediate effect. I also called the service centre and got the request number 526475605 for TATA Photon number. Since then I kept insisting on the closure of the account but yesterday they closed this request wrongly inspite of me stating to them that I don’t want this connection 4 to 5 yes on separate calls and writing an e-mail earlier to Sxxxxxxxxxxxr@tatatel.co.in. I have again written an e-mail today but am on t interested to wait any longer and they have again generated a bill for payment. Can I please get help here?
