I have made a recharge of 149/-INR on 15th March on my number 9xxxxxx0 which includes 1GB data per day and Free Local and STD Calls. But while using Data I am getting charged from my main balance. When i called CSR of Airtel on 20th March to report the issue, he simply denied and Told the offer is not applicable now. What does it means then why they are showing this Offer on there Website. These people are making fool of us. I took this connection 10 years back and now its time to leave Airtel as we already have so many good service providers in market I will port my number soon, but before that i need someone to take some serious actions on this Airtel people.
