Fake job offers from fraud agencies

Sir I received a job offer from nces company in Delhi metro.They told me to submit 1050 rupees and documents. After submission of this I received a letter in which there is a condition for 10 year to pay 11850 rupees. I have payed to all amount and fullfil the condition. After it I received a copy of agreement from mail I’d ncesdmrc@Gmail. com in this agreement there is a promise for 10 year job.but sir I am not getting job.please help me sir.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
