Fake mobile sale on Quikr

I got cheated. I saw a add on quikr website about a phone named, samsung galaxy S8 edge. I contacted the seller and collected all the details and he said me that its USA imported phone and 100% real. I paid him Rs.18500 and with that i paid him Rs. 1500 as carriage charges. When i got the parcel it was clone copy and the battery was also in very bad condition and not the imported real one and market price of clone copy is about Rs.13000 only. Its totally a fraud. So, i request to help me out to get my money back.
