Fake offers from Snapdeal

I have ordered a luxury perfume worth 2549/- from Snapdeal. I choose Snapdeal becoz they were giving offers on this particular products. They were offering 2 samples of perfumes as free gifts. But when I received my products no gifts were there. I mailed to help[@]snapdeal.com many times but they did not response any to my complaint.
I called there customer care no many times but never found any option to talk to their customer care executive.
They are just choose to ignore my complaint. They made just total fake offers.
I am attaching screen shot of their site where clearly shown what they were offered with their final invoice where also could be clearly found what they were actually sent.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
