I have purchased three holiday packages from tripgateway.in and they promise me the gifts which were three mobile phones. But after purchasing packages no one is replying and no one is ready to provide me gifts. i have also registered complaint at department of consumer affairs and the compliant number is 161862. As per consumer affairs suggestion i have sent them a written letter to their address with phone call recordings in which it is clearly mentioned that the employee from tripgateway has offered me gifts. so they replied me these recordings are fake. As tripgateway.in has all call recordings of conversation with their costumers i requested them to match my recordings with their but they refuse to do so. I am adding additional file of letter which i sent them. Please help me out of this.
