I ordered Moto e3 in flipkart on big billion day at a higher discount price. The order was accepted and shipped..after reaching to the nearest hub they didn’t intimate me and i found by tracking status that its lack of complete address the order was not delivered to day. I immediately called the customer care and asked the hub details they denied to give the details and they asked to provide me the clear cut address to update . I gave accordingly and i got reply that it will be resolved within 2 days.

But after 2 days at mid night 2am they cancelled without intimating me. I argued with those people the replied “sorry sir for what is happend to u, right know we cant reinitiate the order with same price, please place the same order at increased price”.

I thought that due to reduce the loss of discount and to make money on a particular day they accepted the order with discounted and later date the cancelled the order. To gain unfair advantage.
