Fake product delivered by shoposum

I order a fastrack watch from shoposum website. The watch was fastrack brand but when i received courier they delivered me local brand watch and fraud of 747. In shoposum website it is clearly mentioned that returned anf refund policy of 15 days i was also mail to shoposum but there is no response from shoposum to me, I have received courier 2 days ago.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
