Fake product received from Glamorkart

I have ordered Anastasia Beverly hills modern reassiance eye shadow pallete of rs 3999 on 24/1/2018. Where I received it on 15th Feb 2018, as soon as I received I checked the product and it was fake , I called to the given number in the email 9xxxxx2 and told him that I received fake product he told to send an email and I even sent a mail. Then I went n checked the complaints against glamorkart so many people said they are fraud . Please help me to get back my money.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
