Please consider my request and block this kind of website which is doing fraud with the people in the name of free gifts with the purchase of their products.
I have purchased the combo from the key4deal Order no:- 1494912017 Date:- 15/05/2017, Price 1699.
I received a call from one of the executive from Key4deal on 15/05/2017 she offered me a scooty and car as a gift but she told me that i need to pay rs 7000 for scooty and 10000 for a car as a taxes to get these gifts. Then i came to know that the site is fraud and their promises are fake. even they are not giving any address of their delhi office.
I Have received calls from thier executive several times during 15/05/2017 to 24/05/2017 which i have mentioned below.
I made the payment of rs 1699 to their account from my Debit card. on 15/05/2017 . initially they are talking sweetly as they want money nothing else, but now they are not ready to give me the free gift, so i have called them and talk to them about return and refund policy but thay are not ready to refund my money also they are talking in very rude and rough language.
i just want my money back,please help me if it is possible. also i want to aware people around us that they should not trust any of the calls about online sales that including payment first policy.
