I had inquired about clothing online to buy one catalouge of lifestyle vol 14. catolouge contains 16 pieces of cotton dress materials of lifestyle brand. vector e commerce approached me to buy the above products.
online and she also send me photos for confirming the same products. She asked me make full payment of product including courier charges amounted to rs.6110/- in IDBI Bank account patliputra colony branch, patna , IFSC IBKL0002039 ,current account.
I had made payment on sameday 20/09/2017 from union bank account amount of 6110/- through NEFT to above mention Vector e commerce account. after that she confirm me about payment credit in vector e commerce account at sameday evening 5.04pm through whatssapp.
she told me that she will deliver parcell tomorrow through speed post.later on she also gave me consignment tracking no. cw010491539in .
after that when i tracked consignment on india post website,it shows parcell registered and dispatched through register post and not speed post.
now she starts to avoiding my messages and also not receiving my phonecalls. on 28/09/2017 when i recieved parcell, i am shocked to see it was quite small in size. After opening the parcell, i found 6 pieces of very cheap quality dress material instead of my order of lifestyle vol 14, must contain 16 pieces of dress material.
Still she is not answering phonecalls and messages. so i decided to file a FIR in local police station against her fraudalent consignment.
humble request to honouraable consumer forum to take immediate action on such fraud vendors.
