I had ordered a shoes from online shopping site-www.jabong.com. on 1st july 2016. the delivery was promised before 7th july 2016. after 7 july also i didnt got any information regarding delivery. then i got a sms dat delivery will be delayed and will be delivered before 13 july. at 13 of july also i called jabong customer cared the put my call on hold 4 10mins and then also no executive attended my call. my mobile balance was also wasted. then i got a sms dat delivery person tried to deliver but customer was not available at the address. again on 14 july i again tried to talk customer care but again i was put on hold for 10 mins.balance wasted but no 1 answer. at the end of day on 14 july again i received a sms that second delivery attempt was made but again customer was unavailable at address. next what i received sms was dat customer has requested to cancell the order so we are cancelling the order.
what is this just playing with the customer. jabong did this kind of act because the article i order was quoted very cheap price on the site . abd after order jabong failed to arrange for the article.
Now i m not getting that artice in stores also as it has been sold out. what to do ??
