This order was placed on 4-Jan-16. We received our activation code from snapdeal and were asked to connect to tata sky dealer and none of the 4 contacts were reachable. On connecting to tata sky customer connect portal we were asked to get a new connection stating that snapdeal didnt get you theright information on the product.

We connected snapdeal and were promised that the connection will be installed before 9:00 am on 10 jan -16. We spent hours and wasted almost 150 bugs calling their chargeable numbers but no consumer help from their side.

All what we felt is as if they were playing passing the ball. Finally I decided to cancel the order and when i asked this “I was stated that you can’t cancel the order”.

Well Played Snapdeal ..!

These Indian Shopping sites should be punished, they can drag you down to the lowest limits to earn profits. Please register this against snapdeal and Tata Sky.
