Fake watch sold on Instagram page

Fake products sold to me. A page called watch villa on instagram used to sell watches. i bought rado watch from it abd when i received the product the product was duplicate and not as shown in advertisement. the selelr is refusing for acceot return and also telling me to do whatever i want to do he dont care

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
