I am regular customer of Vodafone since 2005 and my Phone no. is 9811208008. I have received a false billing from your vodafone because of using excess 3G data. I have Activated 3G service from 2G on 5th Sep.,2014 and activated from 6th of September,2014 but by mistakenly my son has used 600 MB of data on same day and same time I got message from your side regarding excess uses of data and to pay Rs. 4500.00 immediate to keep continue your services and my service deactivated in same time. Next day I had talked to your customer care to gives bill detail he told me that bill will be generate on 6th Oct. so we can not gives bill to you then I asked to him that then how can you stop my all serives I asked him to file my Port requested then he activated my all services but from 10th of Sep.,2014 my all services again deactivated I also checked online my uses its showing 890MB but when I went to your Noida Sector 18 Office regarding billing complaint she told me that we can not gives any information you and pay your billing amount. So I just want to know that I had paid Rs. 550.00 on 21st of October2014 and my all services start on 21st of October how can my phone bill comes too high.
So you are requested that you have cut my all services whole month then how can comes my bill.
