I made a purchase of Acer laptop from ShopClues.com. I received the package on 4th Jan 2016 and on 5th Jan itself, I raised the replacement request with ShopClues.com as the laptop was faulty. The battery of the laptop doesn’t charge or work.

I called up ShopClues customer care 3 times and placed my feedback online but no response from ShopClues. Later, I get a message from them that the return has been declined and now I need to contact Acer support myself. I received the mail from ShopClues that I am 100% secure under Buyer Protection Rights.

What a perfect example of Buyer protection and the complaint was raised in a day and the window period of return is 10 days as per their site. Please have this issue reported with ShopClues as this is a clear case of fraud and cheating on ShopClues end.
