Faulty Dell inspiron, poor service support

I bought this laptop on 30-Jun-15 and after few Months I realized that the Display, Trackpad and Battery are not upto the mark and even Dell has confirmed that the display is faulty but they have not even tried to get the complaint resolved.

Since I work between 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM, I specifically asked them to schedule a visit between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM go get the issue resolved but only 1 visit was scheduled in early November but nothing post that. Everyday Dell mentally tortures by calling and saying that get your LED Display changed though I have informed on numerous occassions that Its not just the display now, but the trackpad, Keyboard and Battery back-up as well which needs to be checked and rectified but they always insist me to get the display fixed first and then take it further.

They dont even follow-up regularly, nor they respond to my e-mails that I have sent across in couple of months.

For example, in the last couple of days, they said they have shipped the display to my residence as per them but I have not received anything yet, and I have clearly specified t Dell to get the laptop checked thoroughly first so that everything can be done in proper and systematic manner.
