Faulty Kurl-on mattress

I purchased a Mermaid Series (70″ X 75″ X 5″) mattress for Rs.28,000 on 08/11/2014 and am utterly disappointed. It has started sagging a lot and has developed 2 lumps in the center of the sleeping area. My back is getting affected because of this. I complained to the company and their engineer Mr. Zxxxxxr carried out an inspection at my residence. He proceeded to tell me that the company will neither replace the mattress nor repair it as the mattress has not sagged 1.5 inches or more. For the lumps the company has the policy that a lump should be visible before any action will be taken. A 53 year old brand like Kurl-On saying this is very strange. Arent they promising about great sleep and comfort? Who defines these parameters? Isnt comfort the topmost criteria?

Request you to kindly help me as sleeping everyday on this mattress is similar to sleeping on a bed of nails.
