I ordered my Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 via Paytm.com Order#771361733. The product was delivered to me on 28th Feb 2015

From day 1, I have been facing the following issues:
1. The phone does not read microSD card
2. Frequently face issues in internet connectivity on my new phone. Internet works fine if i move sim to my old phone.
3. There is a terrible lag and most applications give me an option of wait/ OK to close application
4. Bluetooth transfers to my phone do not work.

I reached out both to paytm and Micromax. Paytm did not bother to contact me back. Micromax got back saying they can only repair the phone for the concerned issues and I will need to visit their service center to get this sorted.

This is a huge waste of my time and money and I would request them to provide a replacement/refund on my visit to the service center if the device is proven faulty.
