I purchased Yuphoria mobile and after one or two months, I am facing some problems. I called on their Helpline no., they always say that format your mobile first then check. I have found two three problems, OS related, SMS & Dial related etc…, according to them each time I did format (Hard rest) but now I have facing charging issue Since last One months. I called again, they said usually first format your mobile. I did but problem not resolve, I have following with them since 15 days persistently. Now they are saying that our tech team will call you within 48 hours, but I didn’t get any call from them. I mailed on that they had sent that now we are forwarding your request to concern team wait till 48 hours.Now I have sent my & my mobile details to them.

I talked to my area friends, they have also purchased same phone every one is getting some problem like Speaker, front camera, auto switch off etc…. one of the friend is followed them around 45 days, He replaced two times first one is the original and second one is the replaced phone and third also getting some kind of problems.

According to me they more of the mobiles are faulty manufactured. So I want either my phone replace or refund my mobile phone price. I am in dilemma or fearing that if they will replace my mobile phone, that mobile phone will work for long time or they will void my mobile phone warranty by doing this again and again and final they will say that your mobile phone warranty is expire now we can do any thing. This is haunting me more so I request to lodge complaint. According to this I think, I should claim or going for refund only.
