I have purchased spy pen camera with 16 GB SD card vide order number 7133861475 ( Invoice No. S95448/15-16/119, dated 08.07.2015, Seller Name: Deal 4 You, Delhi-110041) from Snapdeal online shopping. I have used this pen twice in a weeks’ time. Just within one week I had problem. It was not getting charged when I put it for charging. In the Leaflet a person name with Mr. Nxxxh and his contact number 09xxxxxxxx5 was given to contact for any technical problem. I called him and he attended the call and asked me to put for charging for one hour and use it. I tried it but unfortunately it was not getting charged. Again I called him up. This time he asked me to insert a pin inside the hole which was back of the pen to reset it. I have done it but this time to the problem was not sorted out. Since then I am calling him, but he is not attending my calls. I tried with different mobile numbers. But when he hears my voice he is disconnecting the call. I have taken this issue to snapdeal customer care. They said they have registered complaint and given me a complaint number 04519976 on 27.07.2015. But today I was told by the customer service that they cannot sort out this issue. As it is more than seven day. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and sort out this issue. I am registering this complaint in a hope that this issue will be sorted out at the earliest.
