I purchased a brand new ac from voltas from day 2 i noticed that swing was not working, i called service center they any how fixed the same. after 2 days again that part was replaced. this is the third time the same part again damaged. I asked when you have issue with your product please replace. they said we will keep on replacing the part but we will never replace ac. So what you want to do.
They said write a mail to voltasallweatherac@gmail.com, again no response from there as well. If you could help me that would be great.

    As confirmed by team, during the rectification they have opened the AC and changed swing motor, after that AC was working completely fine without any problem. If you are still facing any issue then you can mail us at voltasallweather@gmail.com

  4. After replacing swing it is working fine, but in order to achieve this my ac has been opened 4 times, due to this its outer frame and grill was not fixed properly creating lots of noise
    Request head office to arrange a call from head office only
