I am writing this complaint against Fedex India due to my shipment(Graduation Certificates from JCU Singapore) is delivered to wrong person under his tracking No with a different airway bill no. When I called to Fedex they are telling to me “investigation is going on and issue is escalated to backend team they will touch with you for further updates” they are not responding to me properly. Without that shipment I miss lot of job opportunities.
