I booked a online ticket PNR HQEQSA in my name with 2 of my friends on 12.01.2015 at 16:07:24 hrs from Kolkata To Varanasi dated 31/07/2015 Flight No. 9W2893 Return dated 02/08/2015 Flight No. 9W2894, after 3 days on 15.01.2015 I called your customer care to add my baby Master Saswat N Muskara (DOB 06.11.2015) they confirmed that its not possible doing online as at the time of travel I have to make payment at Airport and take a ticket for infant.

But today (06.05.2015) I got a SMS alert that my flight got rescheduled as:

1. Kolkata To Delhi Flight No. 9W2315 dated 31/07/2015 at 5:35 hrs
2. Delhi To Varanasi Flight No. 9W2423 dated 31/07/2015 at 10:45 hrs
3. Varanasi To Delhi Flight No. 9W2424 dated 02/08/2015 at 12:40 hrs
4. Delhi To Kolkata Flight No. 9W2282 dated 02/08/2015 at 20:40 hrs

As I got the alert I called your customer care again and had a talk with Mrs. Sxxxxxxa she confirmed that I have pay for my infant as Rs. 1000/- for 4 sectors (Rs. 4000/-) and after saying her and pressing hard she diverted my call to some senior Mr. Axxxxt he confirmed that he is adding my infant and the total amount of Rs. 2000/- has to be paid within 4 hours at your Kolkata City office. My person reached your office and met with Ms. Sxxxxxxi she said that I can issue the ticket as I have to pay Rs. 4000/- not Rs. 2000/- as confirmed by Mr. Axxxxt.

I just want to say that its not my fault of rescheduled of flights, it was done from your end and why I should be panelized for the same as giving of excess amount of Rs. 2000/-. Request your help into the matter and do the needful as fast as possible.
